Past RI Heritage Festivals

Rhode Islanders celebrated the establishment of the Rhode Island Heritage Commission with great fanfare on September 18, 1977, at the Rhode Island State House. We have curated available programs and photographs from the inaugural Commissioning Ceremony in 1977, and subsequent Rhode Island Heritage Festivals held over the years.
