🔍 Are you ready to confront the unvarnished truth of Rhode Island’s history? Join us at the “A Matter of Truth” exhibit, a powerful journey through 400 years of racial discrimination in our beloved state.

🌱 This exhibit traces its roots to the displacement of Indigenous peoples from their ancestral lands and the complex struggles faced by communities of African Heritage. The consequences ripple through time, shaping patterns that perpetuate the marginalization of these communities in housing, employment, and education. But knowledge is power, and confronting our history is the first step towards change.
